Introduction

Soft Messenger is a compact and easy to use network messaging utitlity, that can be used for sending popup messages or for chatting in an intranet. Features include automatic populating of network users, flexibility to store users list in a text file for faster use, Buzz option while chatting, etc.

• Buzz (shake other user's chat window) option during chat.
• Easter Egg: Click the Show settings and Show detail buttons to reveal the about screen. Click on the Light picture to toggle it on and off and to reveal author's name as tool tip.
• Shortcut key: Hit Escape to minimise the application.
• Message codes: Send 'buzz' to invoke Buzz.
• Message codes: Send 'clrscr' to clear the recipient's message details.
• Tip: Click on the To label to make the To Address editable.

This has been tested only on Windows up to Vista version. The exe file require some outdated dependencies which may not be available on latest Windows versions.
